As we approach the end of another remarkable year at Grays Point I take this opportunity to reflect on our collective journey and express my heartfelt gratitude to each member of our school community.

This year has been filled with numerous successes, achievements, and memorable moments that have showcased the resilience, creativity, and dedication of our students, staff and families. From academic accomplishments to artistic performances and sporting events, our students have truly shone, demonstrating their commitment to excellence in all that they do. As you read the semester two reports today, you’ll see the growth in learning, read the students’ reflections and be proud, every student has worked hard to achieve wonderful results this year.

I want to extend a special thank you to our teachers, administration and support staff who have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for our students. Your passion and commitment have been instrumental in fostering a love of learning and encouraging our students to reach their full potential.

A special farewell to Year 6, we all wish you every success at High School. Graduation marks not just the end of the primary school journey, but also the beginning of new adventures ahead. You’ve explored new ideas and discovered your passions. But beyond academics, you have also learned valuable life skills like teamwork, resilience, and kindness. These lessons will serve you well as you move into the next stage of your education and life. Celebrate your achievements today, and look forward to all the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

To our parents and carers, your unwavering support and involvement in our school community have made a significant difference. Whether through volunteering, attending events, or simply being there for your children, your contributions have enriched our school experience and strengthened our sense of school community.
